    Member rate per entry - $295.00 + HST

    Non-member rate per entry - $425.00 + HST

    NOTE- you need Acrobat reader to complete the entry forms. (If you are using Mozilla Firefox you will have to click on the button at top right hand corner to view in Adobe in order to edit and save the entry form.)


    This global competition is open to all packages or processes, designed, manufactured and sold anywhere in the world.


    To complete your registration, please review and comply with all conditions below:

    i) Choose the category or categories you wish to enter and complete all of the pages of the entry form (where applicable to category). Please ensure the company names of your participants are accurate as all media and website lists, plaque awards and press releases will be prepared from these forms. Entry must have been created since the last competition, March 2013, and may or may not be out to market.


    ii) Once completed save this PDF to your computer and email it to the attention of Lisa Abraham,, and you will receive:

    a) your confirmation notice

    b) your registration link and invoice

    c) your set of numbered entry labels for your entry. Please send a separate entry form for each entry


    iii) Affix one numbered entry label on the bottom of each package submitted


    iv) Print off a hard-copy of your entry form as it must accompany your entry sample.


    v) Please replace perishable food entries with an alternative filler, similar in weight and shape where possible.


    vi) Send one sample of each entry for judging on Friday February 6, 2015 only, between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm:

    In-store marketing entries (one sample only) must be delivered and set up on this day as well.

    Payments must be made for all entries before February 6, 2015.
