New panellists have now joined The Art and Science of Zero Waste panel

  • Marie Zanowick-Bourgeois is a certified Biomimicry Professional, trained through the Biomimicry 3.8 Institute, and a civil engineer with the US EPA. Inventions at the edge, designed with biomimicry principles, hold promise for catapulting our world ever closer to zero waste.
  • Arlene Goldbard, a writer and cultural activist, will speak on art, artists and the future; and the possibilities and promises cultural practices offer us.
  • Alan Kingstone, the Director of the Brain and Attention Research Lab at the University of British Columbia will explore and experiment with how the human brain processes behavior change messages.
