An Industry Call-to-Action

In September 2015, the U.S. EPA and USDA announced a national food waste reduction goal, calling for a 50-percent reduction by 2030. In June 2015, the Consumer Goods Forum agreed to halve food waste within the operations of its 400 retailer and manufacturers members by 2025.

Learn more about packaging's vital role in reaching food waste reduction targets by joining us for this dynamic half-day workshop. Keynote presentations will set the scene, followed by roundtable discussions that will take a look at current trends, knowledge gaps and challenges and help create a CALL TO ACTION for our program through 2016 and beyond.

As many of our PFW members as possible - and anyone with a vested interest in exploring packaging solutions that can play a role in reducing food waste.
