The scientific committee of this event has selected two presentations from ITEGA scientists: an oral presentation entitled "Effect of equilibrium modified atmosphere packaging on quality changes of ready-to-eat vegetable mix" and a poster "Development of a composite antibacterial chitosan-alginate bio-packaging". The mission of ITEGA is to develop and share innovative practices on packaging and food engineering to support companies and especially SMBs.
