Thank you for your participation in this year's PAC Packaging Competition. Please choose the appropriate category for your entry (entries) and fill out one form per submission. Once complete, please submit your form to Lisa Abraham, labraham@pac.ca You will then receive your confirmation notice, your numbered labels for your submission, and the registration link & invoice for payment.
To be eligible for the competition, an entry must have been designed or manufactured in North America, or distributed for sale to consumers in North America.
