Enjoy a glass of wine before heading onto the double-decker buses for dinner.
60th Anniversary Celebration Dinner:
Time: 7:00pm – 10:00pm
Location: Château des Charmes Winery (buses/transportation provided)
Join us as we celebrate PAC’s 60th Anniversary, and honour our 15 ‘founding members’. (babysitting services included at the winery for during dinner, if desired).
The story of Château des Charmes begins over five generations ago with a family that traces its roots to the Alsace region of France and the vineyards of French Algeria. In these foreign lands, the ancestors of Paul Bosc began a heritage of fine winemaking that would serve the Bosc family for generations to come. This tradition of excellence continues today in the vineyards of Niagara-on-the-Lake where Paul Bosc and his family carry on this rich heritage of meticulous vinification by harmonizing science and art.

Location: Pillar & Post Spa (transportation provided or a 20 min walk)
All companions, both men and women, are welcome to enjoy a 25 minute ‘manicure’ or ‘pedicure’ treatment at the luxurious 100 Fountain Spa at the sister hotel Pillar & Post. Men will also have the option of a ‘metro-man facial’ if they wish. The spa also has a heated indoor saltwater pool, hot springs, and fitness centre, plus a heated outdoor pool for you to enjoy that morning or at any other time during your stay for the weekend.

Kids’ Program:

Location: Marineland, Niagara Falls
EVERYONE LOVES MARINELAND! The bus for Marineland leaves the hotel at 9:00am. We will have both PAC staff and hired babysitters on hand to accompany your children to the park, where they can watch the whales, enjoy the rides, and have a great lunch, before heading back on the bus to join us at the hotel.
Parents are most welcome to join their children on this trip.

i) Play: The Doctor’s Dilemma
Time: 2:00pm- 4:30 pm
Location: Shaw Festival (4 minute walk from the hotel)
The Shaw Festival produces and presents the work of George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950) and playwrights writing anywhere in the world during, or about, the era of Shaw’s lifetime.
The Doctor’s Dilemma: A doctor who has discovered a lifesaving cure must make an impossible decision. Who should he treat: a kindly colleague who serves the poor, or an extremely talented but unscrupulous young artist, who also happens to have a beautiful young wife? When there’s only room for one more, who can he afford to save? The Doctor’s Dilemma is Bernard Shaw’s comic exploration of the medical establishment and the value of art.

ii) Winery Tour
Time: 1:45 pm-5:30 pm (buses provided)
Location: Three wineries
Get a glimpse behind the scenes of the magic of wine-making in the Niagara region. We will be visiting a small, medium and large winery on this tour.
Konzelmann Estates, ‘Niagara’s exclusive lakefront winery’. We will take a tour of the family’s vineyard to learn of their past and present history, and to be educated on traditional wine making techniques which date back over a century.

Pillitteri Estates Winery is the largest estate producer of Icewine, and last but not least…

Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery will be our last stop. A state of the art gravity- flow assisted winery that reveals one of the most technologically advanced facilities in Canada. All tours will end with a wine-tasting…of course, and a chance to browse and shop in the boutique.

iii) Golf
Time: 2:00pm- 4:30pm
Location: Niagara on the Lake Golf Club (transportation to the course not provided)
Enjoy a relaxing game of golf on North America’s oldest golf course! Space is very limited for this option, so please advise ASAP. (Carts and clubs available to rent separately).
