PAC's mandate is to help companies and individuals grow economically, socially and environmentally. Sharing the knowledge-base within our packaging industry provides a great advantage to our Members and guests. Events are held in all regional areas throughout the year.
The PAC National Conference has been held in various regions over the years including Vancouver, Banff, Winnipeg, Halifax, Quebec CIty and Toronto. The next conference will be September 28-30, 2012 in Ottawa, Ontario.
The PAC membership gathered from across all geographic regions to discuss critical packaging subjects. On September 17, 18 & 19, 2010, in a unified effort PAC and CCGD brought the Canadian packaging community together to advance packaging for sustainability and food safety at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Packaging Summit.

PACKEX (Toronto) Advanced Manufacturing Trade Show, a biennial trade show dedicated to the packaging industry is now part of the Canon Communication family.On behalf of our members we have secured excellent "PAC members only benefits". PAC has been retained as the show Conference Management Organization. The next show is May 14-16, 2013.
Technical and general business seminars are run on a continuous basis across all regions. They cover a wide range of topics including:
Some historical plant tours have included: Nestle, Molson Coors, Voortmans, Sobeys Distribution Centers, Connect Logistics in Alberta, Atlantic Packaging, Metro Label, Farnell Packaging and Recycling & Waste Diversion facilities
All regional areas have at least one golf tournament per year. Several of the regions host dinner and hockey events.

The Conference on Canadian Stewardship brings together hundreds of delegates representing industry, government and stewardship programs from across North America and Europe. The four previous biennial events (once every two years) were held in Toronto in 2005, Vancouver in 2007, Montreal in 2009 and Halifax in 2011. The fifith in this series will be co-managed by PAC.
